The Cookie Club online Orders
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure smooth service, fairness, and protection for both you (the customer) and us (The Cookie Club).
1. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed online via our official website.
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Payments can be made via EFT or the available online payment methods.
Once payment is made, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped on Mondays to Fridays, provided stock is available.
Please allow 3–4 working days for production before shipping.
Delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 working days, depending on the courier.
Once your tracking link is sent, all courier-related queries must be directed to The Courier Guy.
The Cookie Club is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
3. Collection Points
At times, collection points may be arranged in certain areas.
If you choose collection, please arrive on time. If you miss the arranged slot, you will need to wait for the next available collection time.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, no food products may be returned.
If items are damaged during delivery, you must send us a clear photo immediately upon receiving your parcel.
Replacements will be provided if damage is confirmed. Cash refunds are not offered.
Refunds are not available for late deliveries or missed collection times.
5. Product Information
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance, size, or colour.
The Cookie Club is not liable for products consumed after their expiry date.
6. Liability
The Cookie Club is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Ingredients and allergens are listed on packaging; it is the customer’s responsibility to read these before consumption.
Once products leave our premises, we cannot be held responsible for storage, handling, or misuse.
7. Privacy & Data
Customer details provided during checkout will be used only for order processing, communication, and delivery.
The Cookie Club will never sell or share your information with third parties, except where required for delivery.
8. Legal
These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African consumer and commercial law.
By placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
